I offer psychotherapy and relationship counselling to individuals aged 13 and older who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My work focuses on supporting clients to navigate concerns related to anxiety, confidence, depression, gender and sexuality, grief and loss, identity exploration, non-monogamy, psychedelic integration, self-esteem, substance use and addiction, as well as trauma (including both PTSD and complex PTSD).

As a half-Chinese, pansexual and genderfluid therapist, I bring lived experience and understanding of the systemic and social factors that can impact people with marginalized identities. I understand just how difficult it can be to be yourself when one is constantly met with microaggressions or stereotyped for their identity. This is why I am so passionate about creating a therapeutic environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and guided by your unique needs – recognizing you as the expert of your own experience.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and rooted in decolonization-oriented values. I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy, while integrating practices from various other modalities as appropriate. In relationship counselling, I utilize Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Specialization in Psychology) from Western University (2021), and a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Health and Mental Health from the University of Toronto (2024). I’m a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW #858302) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW #27384).

Over the years I have worked in several settings that supported various populations including Sunnybrook Hospital, Hatts Off Inc. (group home setting), Westover Treatment Centre, and LGBTQQ2S+ Support Services. I also have a background in research related to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
